We use this only in aggregate to improve the site.
- Cookies and local storage — we use browser local storage to remember your saved-favorites watchlist (if you opt to use it). We do not currently set tracking cookies for advertising purposes. If we add analytics that uses cookies in the future, we will update this policy and add appropriate consent mechanisms.

- Source brokers in the BVI, Bahamas, and Caribbean (e.g., Moorings Brokerage, BVI Yacht Sales, The Multihull Company, Just Catamarans) when coordinating an inspection or acquisition on your behalf
- Marine surveyors when scheduling an inspection
- Maritime attorneys in the US and BVI for purchase contract and title work
- Maritime escrow agents (e.g., Yachtworld Escrow) for funds handling
- Customs brokers, delivery captains, and USCG documentation services as required to complete an import
- Service providers that operate our website and infrastructure (e.g., our hosting provider Vercel; our form-submission processor Formspree; our email provider Google Workspace)
- Government authorities when legally required (e.g., US Customs and Border Protection, the US Coast Guard, the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation)

We retain inquiry and transaction records as long as necessary to provide services and to comply with our legal obligations, typically seven (7) years after the last interaction. You may request deletion of your information at any time, subject to record-keeping requirements imposed by Florida law on regulated yacht brokers and dealers.

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
